The gentleman at the service counter was very friendly and helpful. I had lost a personal belonging and needed to use a japanese landline phone to contact other hotels who would receive my personal belongings at a later date. The gentleman was kind enough to lend me the phone for as long as I needed and was able to assist in translating my questions to other japanese speaking people. The guest house is small and quiet, the upstairs kitchen has many ameneties, books, and board games. There is also a kettle, microwave, and freshly made breadrolls to purchase for only 100JPY, as well as free tea and water to fill up mugs provided by them.

The place is beautiful and the location is excellent. The guest house is next to the Isesshi train station and and bus stop. You can walk to Ise Jingu Geku or very easily take a bus to Naiku. If you wanna go to the Shima Spanish Village is only a bit over an hour away and very convinient. Near the hotel there are multiple shops, coffee places and restaurants to get food and a family mart is only 5 mins away by walk. The staff is very nice and helpful and the place is kept very clean (for the most part). The have bread for 100 yen, which varies everyday on the type, and coffee and tea for free, so breakfast can be had at the hotel.

Perfectly comfortable with good facilities. Friendly staff who are happy to recommend nearby areas. Shared shower rooms were clean. We stayed in the private rooms, love the design of the whole building. Very close to the train station. Note that the common space (lounge/living room) has a lights out timing. It didn't bother us as we had private rooms, but those staying in the dorm may want to know in advance.

Well located. Close to the train station. Close to the mall. Close to the temple complex which is a lovely serene location of flower gardens, spring-fed ponds and ancient trees and of course the temples. We had a private bunkbed room which is on the ground floor and pleasant. I'm not into dorms anymore and from what I could see upstairs of the dormitory, it was definitely not my scene.

A 5 minute walk from Iseshi Station. The staff, especially the staff member Mizuki, are incredibly kind and speak great English. The guest house has a small kitchen and free coffee, tea etc. There is also fresh bread for ¥100 that they get from a local bakery every night. If I ever come back to Ise I will definitely choose Guest House Kazami again!
